Paying it Forward
Toni's heart for service has led her to volunteer acupuncture treatments at the Javitz Center, NYC during 9/11 for firefighters, EMS responders and FEMA workers at the World Trade Center. She is an active member with Acupuncturists Without Borders and volunteers her time to offer soothing and healing treatments for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder to people during times of crisis. She was a co-leader in organizing and implementing free acupuncture clinics in Denville, which was devastated by Hurricane Irene and was instrumental in co-organizing and co–leading acupuncture relief efforts in Point Pleasant, Brick, Bay Head and Bayville during Hurricane Sandy.
